Who doesn't want fluttery, voluminous lashes that make your eyes pop?
While mascara can work wonders, the real secret to stunning lashes lies in their health.
Here are five simple yet powerful tips to keep your lashes healthy and beautiful.
Be Gentle: Treat your lashes with care. Avoid rubbing or pulling at them, especially when removing makeup. Being rough can lead to lash breakage and thinning over time.
Choose Nourishing Products: Avoid harsh or drying ingredients that can weaken and damage your lashes. Look for mascaras enriched with nourishing ingredients like vitamin E, panthenol, or argan oil to help condition and strengthen your lashes while adding drama.

This one from Rimmel is free from fragrance and mineral oils and contains moisturising ingredients such as shea butter and glycerin.
3. Always Remove Mascara: Do not sleep in your mascara or eye makeup. No matter how tired (or how many drinks I've had ;)) I will always remove mascara before I go to sleep. Clean lashes will be healthier lashes.
4. Avoid Waterproof Mascara: While waterproof mascara may seem like a lifesaver on rainy days or during emotional moments, it can be harsh on your lashes. Waterproof formulas are more difficult to remove, often requiring vigorous rubbing, which can lead to lash damage.

If you struggle with flaking or panda eyes, opt for a tubing mascara instead, one of my favourites is the Maybelline Sky High Mascara.
A silicone wand, that flexes just the right amount, gives amazing length and won't budge all day!
5. Use a Lash Serum: For super healthy, thicker and longer lashes I definitely recommend using a lash serum. I absolutely LOVE the UK Lash one, after 6 weeks of consistent use your lashes will be longer, I've yet to recommend it to someone who hasn't had amazing results.
