Although not entirely Beauty based, our mental, physical and general wellbeing significantly influence how we look and feel, especially during the stressful holiday season so I thought I would suggest a few ways that might help you all reduce the ‘angst’ in the lead up to the festivities!
Firstly - What is really important to you?
Do you want to make the house look like Santas Grotto? Do you want to locate the only toy ever handmade by the oldest man at the North Pole? How much entertaining do you want to do? Go out? Stay In? Maybe you'd rather just work all the way through the holidays? Or perhaps have a few days of gentle fun with family and friends is important to you?
Whatever you want to do just try and work that out and then work towards it - No one can be EVERYTHING to EVERYONE at all times!!

There are many Artisan Tea companies who provide anything from one box of tea to complete gift sets. There are teas for every occasion and many to help with relaxation...

3. Now relax….
Shower oil and bath salts are available in every shape, size and price range but this oil is one of my favourites….

5. And now to bed….
A good nights sleep is essential to help you get through the holidays and I find a relaxing eye mask does help with this. There are vast numbers available and prices range considerably. I have tried masks filled with lavender, head band masks, silk masks, velvet masks and even a memory foam mask. I have a couple of things I would mention but I really think it is a very personal choice. If you have long hair buy something that isn't going to knot the hair on the back on your head into a tangled mess during the night. I also find the lightest weight (silk) are the easiest to wear and don't interrupt your sleep even when turning over.
These are just a very few items that might help you de-stress in the next few weeks. There are many offers online so do your research but don't worry - if you have to pay £5.00 delivery - just think of the time and stress that it might have caused you to go out to the shops to buy it!! Be kind to yourself if you can! 😘
